Fork PRs waiting on Woodpecker pipeline approval

@fschade Woodpecker holds fork pipelines until someone approves them, and four of mine have been waiting since mid-August: #3378, opencloud-eu/desktop#1029, opencloud-eu/reva#769 and opencloud-eu/android#206. Could you approve those runs, or say who handles it per repo so I ask the right person next time? Happy to rebase any of them first.

@junkerderprovinz Sorry for that, the team doesn't get actively notified from woodpecker.

No rush on my end.

If a concrete case is useful while you look at it: opencloud-eu/reva#769 still shows its Woodpecker checks as pending from 13 August, which makes it the cleanest one to test against.

I will keep them rebased so they are ready whenever the runs go through.
