The z-index on the account dropdown menu causes the menu to get overlaped by primary MFE content in some cases, for example on the learner dashboard:
This issue could also be addressed (or similarly considered) in the related MFE repos. In the above image, the filters section has a z-index of 10 which seems like may be unnecessary.
