Not visible 'Load More' Button on the declarative table component.

When table having more items and the growMode is not provided despite being optional the Load More\More button is not being rendered.
Missing button even if there are 12 elements and only 5 read

Once provided growMode: 'Button' the button shows up.

The default should be 'Button' @Sobyt483 (Any thoughts?), as well the default label for the button should be Load More insted of just More
