lerna bootstrap fails

Thanks for pointing out this issue. The reference to a private registry appears in the lockfile for the example-feature-flag-bingo package. This was an experimental package that hasn’t been maintained recently - apologies for the mess.

For the moment, if you remove the example-feature-flag-bingo directory, then run lerna boostrap again, it should succeed. Going forward, we will be moving the React SDK to its own repo, which should help avoid problems like this.
