i'm trying to use this example to upload a file to HCM, but i'm having this issue:
Caused by: oracle.j2ee.ws.wsdl.LocalizedWSDLException: WSDLException: faultCode=PARSER_ERROR: Fallo al leer el archivo wsdl en: "https://hdew-test.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/idcws/GenericSoapPort?WSDL", causado por: javax.net.ssl.SSLException. : javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Received fatal alert: protocol_version
I did the step by spen and i dont know where is the problem.
I'm using the 1.6.0_24 java version
