Welcoming Louie Lu as a TRACE maintainer

Please welcome @lywinged — Louie Lu — as a TRACE maintainer.

Louie has made sustained, substantive contributions across the TRACE specification and conformance suite: strengthening provenance semantics, canonicalization vectors, schema-drift detection, verification boundaries, reproducible fixtures, and load-bearing conformance coverage.

We have invited him to help maintain:

• trace-spec
• trace-tests

His work reflects what TRACE is meant to stand for: executable requirements, reproducible evidence, and trust claims that survive adversarial scrutiny.
