Incompatible with minify-html 0.16.0 and newer

When using this plugin with the latest minify-html release series, the following exception is thrown:

TypeError("minify() got an unexpected keyword argument 'do_not_minify_doctype'")

The relevant argument was reworked in the following commit. The latest working version is 0.15.0

Same issue for me. I temporarily fixed by explicitly pinning minify-html~=0.15.0 in my requirements.
