The difference is that the first has a code snippet.

2. Scroll to the warning.

This is a PhD renderer issue, as the generated HTML is part of the problem (the "Warning" is just a <strong> tag rather than some sort of title that would make it a block element, and the constructorsynopsis tag is converted to a <div> which has specific markup that causes this issue.

For reference, the markup causing issue was:

I played around with html elements to format this in a way that is somewhat acceptable but I could not come up with anything. One thing that I could immediately fix it with is removing float: left; from the stylesheet which would force the word Warning to (always?) be on a separate line.

If you think that is acceptable, this issue can be transferred to web-php to have it fixed there.

I think having the Warning (and similar for other relevant tags) be always on a new line a good idea, but I think achieving this by making "Warning" a title (maybe h3 or h4) is probably a better and cleaner approach?
