refactor: remove Tailwind CSS integration and clean up package.json

- Removed Tailwind CSS CLI scripts from package.json.
- Simplified build and development scripts.
- Deleted app.css file containing Tailwind CSS styles.
- Cleaned up dependencies by removing unused packages related to Tailwind CSS and EJS.
