Please add configurable stats

Hi, could you add configurable stats to the config file for the mod? It is nice to be able to enable/disable each item, but I would also like to tweak the stats for balancing purposes, especially with all of the mods we currently have.

I might do it depending on how much free time I get, but it would be low on my priorities for this mod.
