Retrieve the camel framework version

I am in the process of adding some documentation on Camel Variant, but would like something more dynamic than what I have to avoid maintenance.
I would like to have the information than platform version 3.27 of Camel extensions are built with camel 4.14.

One of the issue I enconter is to be able to retrieve the camel version linked to the platform version. Would there be a way to add it in some backend or API ? From my understanding we are retrieving the framework versions from this client APIs.

@ia3andy @aloubyansky Can you advise how it could be done properly ? (I'm aware that this is probably outside the scope of this tool only)

I think we'd need to add this information to the metadata. AFAIR, we discussed it previously but haven't implemented it.

@gansheer the question is how precisely you need it? Is it just which CQ major.minor stream uses which camel major.minor? In that case getting the top pom.xml from the given CQ major.minor.x branch and finding the version of camel-dependencies therein could be the most straightforward solution.

If you need the exact mapping from Quarkus platform versions to Camel versions, then you could reuse this code:

I only need which CQ major.minor stream uses which camel major.minor. If the version has more, I can deal with it, but less would not be enough.
