1. Optimistic State Updates: Update \useLearningProgress.ts\ to immediately update in-memory and UI progress state before awaiting network response.
2. Reconciliation & Rollback: Handle network success/failure in \offlineApi.ts\ to reconcile server response or smoothly roll back optimistic mutations on error.
3. Unit & Integration Tests: Add comprehensive tests covering optimistic rendering, network latency, rollback on error, and edge cases.
