Missing ament_tools from ament_java.repos file

Steps to reproduce issue

• Perform setup steps as shown in https://github.com/ros2java-alfred/ros2_java/wiki/Ament-workspace
• Step 5 fails because ament_tools is not imported. This entry is missing from the ament_java.repos file

Expected behavior

ament_tools folder is imported

Actual behavior

ament_tools folder is not imported

Additional information

In performing my own testing I entered the ament_tools repo from esteve, but I am as yet unable to get the ros2 java examples to run, so this may still be a problem. I understand that repo was removed due to https://github.com/ros2/ros2/pull/486 but this change has not been addressed in these instructions.
