Violation doesn't handle ERB templates

This is a known problem that was identified long before the project was open sourced.

If you experiment with this, it would be helpful to have a better description of the problem so we could find a solution.

The problem is that the AST parser used for finding the actual codepaths works only on literal Ruby. If you hand it ERB it'll crash, so the question becomes how do you parse ERB in such a way that you can extract violating code from it?

I'd not invested a lot of time into this on original writing for two reasons:

1. Frequency - ERB violations were a very low percentage of total violations, less than 1% iirc
2. View Logic - ERB should not be making violating calls, or really any calls, in the first place except to a very limited set of direct data.

This may still be useful to investigate, but that's why I hadn't allocated time to it back then.
