Description

Mob, block, & player effects that check for rain (cauldrons, endermen, wolves, axolotls, conduits, trident enchants, and numerous modded cases such as dragon survival's cave dragon or figura's isInRain check) are not blocked by an overhead simulated object, despite the visual effect being blocked.

(VERY glad I checked back on this on the other repo because I accidentally posted it to the simulated one and it got, uh. Closed. Instead of moved here.)
