👩‍💻 Documentation Request: Add a troubleshooting entry for serverless jobs staying in "queue" state forever

Summary

A Serverless Job with an env variable containing ' stay in queue state forever.
To reproduce, create a serverless job with minimal resources and using any valid image (eg. alpine:latest), trigger a run with arguments, add an env variable containing hello'world. This run will stay in queue forever without any error.

The solution is the same as https://www.scaleway.com/en/docs/serverless-jobs/troubleshooting/cannot-inject-secret-variable/ .

Why is it needed?

This error make me lose multiple hours and reduce the confidence that I have in this product, doubting highly on the overall quality. Fixing the bugs, or at least documenting it, would increase retention, usage and delight.
