Scope

• In: Honest assertions on the five leftover Accessibility suites named on this issue (DynamicFormView, IntelligentCardExpansion, IntelligentFormView, HIGComplianceFeaturesIssue36, HIGComplianceZoom). Remove canImport(ViewInspector) / empty #else / empty tests. Observe card single-tappable on macOS. Lock hosted HIG views to SixLayer accessibility identifiers.
• Out: Moving hosted tests back into Features/Accessibility/ (superseded by Move hosted/ViewInspector tests out of the unit lane #412). Product platform epics Epic: First-class tvOS support #376–Epic: First-class visionOS support #378. watchOS/visionOS observation helpers watchOS unit-lane observation path for hostability helpers #379/visionOS unit-lane evidence for #219 secondary-platform helpers #380. New unit files for zoom math / form errorCount (already covered off-host).

Decisions

• After Move hosted/ViewInspector tests out of the unit lane #412, hosted/ViewInspector observation stays on the VI lane. Relocating these suites into unit would undo that.
• canImport(ViewInspector) skip branches never ran on the VI targets (ViewInspector is a dependency); they were dishonest leftovers.
• macOS *ExposesSingleTappableElement no-ops were real coverage holes; helper now walks AppKit labels/roles plus ViewInspector.
• Host-only verifyViewIsHostable is not an observation; Issue 36 and Zoom now require identifier match SixLayer.*ui.*.

Delivered API

• No public API changes.

Tests

• Added/updated: five VI-lane suites as above.
• Result: macOS VI 65 passed / 0 failed (/tmp/398-vi-batch/). iOS VI 64 passed / 0 failed (/tmp/398-ios-vi/; extra macOS test is #if os(macOS)).

Plan (#398 after #412)

Destination: These five suites already live under ViewInspectorTests/ (correct after #412: hosted observation stays off the unit lane). Relocating them back into Features/Accessibility/ would undo #412.

Remaining honest work:

1. Remove dishonest canImport(ViewInspector) / empty #else / empty tests so every test on the VI lane actually asserts.
2. macOS: *ExposesSingleTappableElement currently no-ops (canImport(UIKit) else). Observe via AppKit hosting helpers instead of passing vacuously.
3. Extract only non-hosted observations that are not already covered (zoom math is already in PlatformSystemZoomPreferenceTests; form errorCount already in DynamicFormTests). Do not re-host on tvOS unit.
4. HIGComplianceFeaturesIssue36Tests: replace host-only verifyViewIsHostable with identifier/capability observations.

Batch order: IntelligentFormView → DynamicFormView → IntelligentCardExpansion → Zoom → Issue36.
