Seed wiki with some global default content

In the base container the wiki should be seeded with some of the basic container usage information

• Builtin tools
• hepfull aliases that have been added
• permissions and file locations
• how to extend the container
• support / feature requests
• the containers purpose

@judiMc Do you think this content makes sense to include by default in the top level version of this image or should this content be provided separately through something like a docs / usage webpage?

@MarshallAsch not in the top level container, but maybe we should build a container that contains all of this information? The SCI-OER tutorial container?
