[Docs]: Windows setup and troubleshooting guide

Problem

There's no Windows guidance at all: install, WSL vs native, bash/git
availability, and known limitations (see the execute_bash bug) are
undocumented.

Proposed approach

• Add a docs/windows.md covering: native install, WSL2 setup, Git Bash,
  known limitations of execute_bash/git tools, and env-file paths on
  Windows.
• Link it from the README install section.

Where to look

• README.md:14-18 (install), :78-85 (models/notes)
• Related: the execute_bash Windows bug issue.

Acceptance criteria

• A Windows user can get running and knows what's unsupported.
• Guide is linked from README.

Difficulty

Low — needs a Windows user to validate.
