Enable Docker Experimental Features on Windows: Changed Tab Name

The Docker Prerequisites Documentation for Windows instructs to Enable Experimental Features on Docker by:

Right-click the Docker icon in the tray and select Settings.
Select the **Daemon** tab.
Select Basic checkbox.
Update variables as follows:

The tab "Daemon" is no longer called "Daemon" but "Docker Engine".
