lake_evap module not working

The module lake_evap does not appear to be calculating anything.
I ran the attached .prj file and got zeros for the variables
hru_evap 1, lake_evap_month 1, and hru_t_Mmean

The crhmRun.log file shows an error

Sorry Kevin, I haven't had time to work on CRHM lately due to my other obligations.

Unfortunately, I have yet to look into this.
