I’m reaching out because I’m interested in exploring a real commercial partnership around your app, not simply requesting features.
I’ve been working in the IPTV market for around five years and already have an established customer base in the thousands, mainly in the Middle East. I also have relationships with IPTV server owners and other people in the industry, so there is additional potential to scale if the partnership works well.
My idea is actually quite simple.
I’m completely fine starting with the existing app as a free product for my customers. I don’t expect you to immediately build a private or paid version for me.
The first goal would be to introduce the app to real users from my customer base, test the experience, and prove that there is genuine demand.
If the results are good, I would then like us to build a commercial model together.
That could eventually include things such as:
Customer or device activation
Reseller/admin management
Notifications or service announcements
A customer portal or website
Simple onboarding for non-technical users
Optional premium features
A paid version, commercial tier, or dedicated version of the app
Private branding later if it makes sense
I would handle the business side — customers, subscriptions, payments, renewals, onboarding, marketing and first-line support.
I want the developer to benefit as the customer base grows as well. We could agree on revenue sharing, a percentage of sales, per-user/device activation fees, licensing, a monthly platform fee, or another structure that works for both of us.
The important thing for me is that this becomes a real business opportunity for both sides rather than a one-sided arrangement.
I bring the market, customers and distribution, while you bring the technology and continue developing the product.
We can start small technically, prove that the model works, and then grow it step by step into something much bigger.
Would you be open to exploring that kind of partnership?
