No, like much more powerful.
People can come back from a IP ban.
“Leet” has a plugin called DevTools and it’s some sort of ban which bans the id of a device or something like that.
(Leet is a iOS and Android Server App which uses Pocketmine but costs something)

I am willing to ban IP or Xbox and mobile phone ID. Just give me a little time to implement this.
