API improvements

[turboBasic]

• BasePipeline.run() -> BasePipeline.run()
• Factory create() methods should return Item, not void
• Add interface (Pipeline?) which is implemented by BasePipeline and ancestors
• Make GlobalConfigProvider CONFIG injectable
