Alert users to start using the plugin instead

Print the following message in terminal when the user executes any command:

NEW: Switch to the Autopilot Plugin for the Twilio CLI
Provides more commands, profile management via Twilio CLI and more logging and formatting options. Recommended way to manage Autopilot bots in the CLI.

Install:

1. npm install -g twilio-cli OR yarn global add twilio-cli OR brew tap twilio/brew && brew install twilio
2. twilio plugins:install @dabblelab/plugin-autopilot
