I've never had much luck with programmatic slide generation, so we'll still with PowerPoint, but we'll make it a public share link I think, at least if OneDrive lets us.

@me-madsen here are two examples of presentations I've given recently (make sure to download them and view them in PowerPoint, then view them in "presentation mode")

I'd recommend downloading the EMC one and starting from there (you can "hide" all of the existing slides and then create the new ones, or just delete all existing ones and start from scratch but with the same PowerPoint layouts, etc.)

What's on the branch

I transcribed the TM&Th-3.2 template PDF directly (no OCR needed — the PDF has selectable text, and I verified the transcription against it), so @me-madsen can just type into the markdown file rather than working from a picture:

• presentation/doumont-presentation-template.md — the full template structure (Attention getter → Need → Task → Main message → Preview → Points with transitions → Review → Conclusion → Close), with each component's guidance prompt in italics and `` markers. Attribution to Principiae is included since the original is © 2009, all rights reserved (which is also why I transcribed it rather than committing the PDF itself).
• presentation/doumont-video-notes.md — placeholder sections (key takeaways, impressions to apply to the IDETC talk, discussion questions) for notes on the Jean-luc Doumont video.

@me-madsen: once you open the PR from the link above, fill out both files in that branch. If you'd rather work from a handwritten/printed copy, you can also drop a photo into the PR and ask @claude to transcribe it — just double-check the result against your original.
