Steps to Create a New Document

1. Go to Doculan Dashboard → Documents → Create
2. Choose your preferred method:
   • Create manually, or
   • Use AI to generate the document
3. Start writing or editing your text
4. Format the document as needed:
   • Change font styles & colors
   • Increase / Decrease font size
   • Insert images, logos, or pages
5. Doculan provides spell check to ensure accuracy
6. Save the document (PDF format only)
