firstly open the setup.bat after its done it should open up a open file executable
if it didnt open the Hydra.pyw

1. the application didnt opened/the executable does not want to open in cause that happens open the dot64.pyw
2. the python file didnt opened this may be cause the imports didnt installed correctly take a look at it
