xbs-api service exits immediately with exit code 1

I'm trying to use the docker-compose file supplied. No matter what I do I get the xbs-api service exiting immediately:

```
xbs-api    | exec /usr/local/bin/docker-entrypoint.sh: exec format error
xbs-api exited with code 1
```

The xbs-db service starts and runs as expected.

There isn't a lot to go on here. Any ideas?
