Have PracticePlugin store the state of "NoFail" early so plugins like BailOut still let you finish the map

I'd love to be able to use BailOut more, but currently it means I don't get to see how well I did before the map restarts thanks to PracticePlugin.

I was thinking a neat way to get around this could be to store the "toggled" state of nofail at the start of the map, so it behaves slightly better.
