Node engine version

Hi,
Is there any reason this package is set to ">=6.11.2 <11"? Node LTS is now 12.14.0. Happy to do a PR if no issues?

I think it might be because of the version for https://github.com/Azure/azure-functions-host used supported Node <11 (or at least was Node v6...), or maybe it's related to the current babel dev-dependencies.

Just go ahead and open up a PR, hopefully maintainer(s) get some time to test and approve 😄.
