Strict Mode Missing Info

Description

In Zensical 0.0.53, strict mode was added as a configuration option to zensical.toml. The documentation currently only mentions how to use the --strict CLI flag and does not describe where or how in the configuration to enable Strict Mode.

Proposed change

Maybe after the result attached to the CLI example, an additional paragraph can be added. Something along the lines of

"Or, via the project configuration with:"

[project]
strict = true

I also changed the example to a missing link target so that this works with default validation settings.
