Standard post-tag roadmap reconcile. V0.6-14 is now tagged (9349755); regenerate the GENERATED block in docs/release-roadmap-to-1.0.md so the shipped-releases list == git_releases()[:12] and carries the V0.6-14 note (cluster genesis / founding member + SSH-to-DCL + DECnet hardening) that #1117 pre-staged in reconcile.py. check_roadmap_block clean; reconcile --check idempotent. V0.6-14 tagged, so the next-point slot is now V0.6-15. The V0.6-14-specific
theme ("cluster genesis... landing now") would misrepresent V0.6-15 as carrying
already-shipped content. Reset to the honest cadence default until V0.6-15 is
scoped. INV-6: don't present shipped work as upcoming.
