Web developer. I build client sites end to end — design, build, deploy, and a CMS the client can actually use — and then keep them online on infrastructure I own.
The last two steps are where most of the pain is, so I built the tooling for them myself.
FrostDeploy — a self-hosted deploy platform for your own VPS. The Vercel workflow on hardware you own: connect a repository, press Deploy, and get atomic releases, automatic HTTPS, live build logs and one-click rollback. Node 22, SQLite, Caddy and systemd — no Docker, runs on a 1 GB box.
Astro starter — a production skeleton for commissioned sites: SEO, sitemap, content collections, islands, zero JavaScript by default. Every new client site starts from it.
Client CMS portal — a companion app where clients edit their own content: click an element on the live site, edit the field, publish. The change is committed to Git and redeployed automatically.
Together they are one pipeline: a repository becomes a live site on its own domain, with a working CMS, in minutes.
Stack — TypeScript · Node · Astro · React · Next.js · Tailwind · SQLite / Drizzle · Hono · Caddy · systemd · Vitest
