Poetry install error: dependency object has no attribute 'complete_pretty_name'

I am getting this error when I try doing poetry install with pywin32 : dependency object has no attribute 'complete_pretty_name'.
If I don't include pywin32, it shows pywin32 not found error.
How to resolve this issue?
