docs: add How to cite ActivityWatch page - #182

Adds a dedicated citing page with the Zenodo DOI and ready-to-paste BibTeX, mirroring the section added to the main repo's README in ActivityWatch/activitywatch#1446. Wires it into the Meta toctree. Git-Session-Id: 5e02
