Fixes some of the services in the README:

  • Incorrect links for some services (LEM, Checkout)
  • Fix formatting issue between Recurring and POS terminal causing the former to be unrendered.
  • Added the missing Classic Platforms services (aligns with Java library having separate lines for each classic service)

Code Review

This pull request updates the README.md file by updating the API explorer URLs for the Checkout and Legal Entity Management APIs, and adding entries for four Classic Platforms APIs. The reviewer suggested referencing the specific sub-service classes (such as Marketpay::Account and Marketpay::Fund) instead of the generic Marketpay class to provide clearer and more precise guidance for developers.
