This repository won't offer releases. You can compile yourself through Visual Studio.(requires sqlite3.exe in PATH)
Or you can build a SWDB.db from SWDB.sql and replace old one.
For newbies, maybe try DB Browser for SQLite. (File > Import > Database from SQL file...)
This program allows to capture damage information in SW using network packets (WinDivert).
Currently supports EN, TC servers. Meter is also available in those 2 languages. KR and JP won't be maintained in this repository.
