…ach result project Each entry of result.projects[] carries the project business code (e.g. "L-ACI032") and the program it contributes to (e.g. "SP03"), which were dropped on sync. Persist both in toc_result_projects. Run docs/sql/toc_result_projects-add-code-program-code.sql before deploying: synchronize is off, so inserts fail without the columns.
