startEmailOtpreturnedcodeDeliveryDestination: undefinedbecause it read the EMAIL_OTP key; now readsChallengeParameters.destination(published by CreateAuthChallenge) withCODE_DELIVERY_DESTINATIONas fallback. 370 tests, tsc clean.cognito-triggers: header logo constrained to 220 px (already deployed to the TEST stack via SAM; this just lands the source).No env/pool changes. Safe to merge any time.
