Once a project is linked to a workspace, the workspace name shows up in several places — the TUI sidebar tile, the "already linked" prompt on re-scan, and the `altimate-code link` CLI picker — but it's always inert text. The user has to separately go find the workspace on the SaaS index page and match it up by name/id manually.
Workspace names (or an adjacent "open in browser" affordance) should be clickable/actionable wherever they're shown, using the manage URL that's already deterministically derivable from tenant + workspace id.
