Your YeetMouse is great: I can finally use my trackball, which used to be very, very slow!
Still I wonder if it were possible to use the distance travelled instead of the input speed to adjust the output speed. The idea is, that if I don't move the mouse far from its starting point, I want precise positioning of the cursor. If I move the cursor past a certain threshold, it should be assumed that I want to reach a different area on the screen – and to do that, the mouse should travel faster.
Obviously the mouse should slow down again when the destination is reached, e.g. the mouse stops/slows down …
Using this approach, I don't have to speed up the trackball that much to get the same result!
Is that possible? What do you think?
