Mirror the prod instrument/watcher catalog, seed Alice Zimmerman + A–Z teammates, and use production-shaped but synthetic run IDs, filenames, configs, and comments so docs can be shot against local instead of prod. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
