* Make max stability wait configurable and bump watcher to 0.5.4. Expose instrument.max_stability_wait_seconds so operators can raise the abandon timeout for long-writing instruments without a code change. * Make local seed data look like production for docs screenshots. Mirror the prod instrument/watcher catalog, seed Alice Zimmerman + A–Z teammates, and use production-shaped but synthetic run IDs, filenames, configs, and comments so docs can be shot against local instead of prod.
