This is related to an issue in Automattic's private Linear issue tracker.

Description

I was informed that our footer isn't up to spec. As requested, I:

• Added a copyright notice (copyright {current year} Automattic Inc.)
• Removed the 'Privacy' link that pointer nowhere useful (it was added by a clanker, so I don't feel bad).
• Updated the License link to point to Harper's Apache 2.0 license.
