## Summary - prepare `@azure-tools/typespec-java` for the 0.46.0 release - sync Java generator sources and tests to microsoft/typespec `27b39b71b` - document one feature and three fixes through Chronus - expose the `remove-model` management option schema and add new Spector coverage - fix regeneration from the flattened Java package layout The package remains at 0.45.13.
