Introduction

This is the GUI for BASF nematodes project. It can be used to run inference and output infered counts.

Compile and run

To compile, use 'sbt assembly', make sure there is 'nematodes.cfg' file in the home directory with correct configurations. The run.sh under script folder is useful for updating the gui.

Dependencies

To compile, make sure you have sbt. To run, java 8+ is required.
