Matches the shipped v0.1 milestone (agent + MCP server + FAISS + Docker + CI). 0.0.1 already exists on PyPI from an earlier manual publish of the bare scaffold and can't be reused. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
