- README: real PyPI badge + pip install note (package alone needs a running MCP server, it's not bundled).
- architecture-rationale.md: new decision entry for tag-triggered Trusted Publishing; marks the v0.1 "revisit when" as done now that v0.1.0 is tagged and published.
- developer-guide.md: step-by-step "Releasing a new version" section for every future release, not just this one.
