Populate best-effort capability tags (tools/vision/reasoning/json) for the free-tier models in the shipped dataset so capability-aware routing and the llmproxy__tools / llmproxy__vision virtual endpoints work out of the box. Tags live per-provider in providers.json (after model_reasoning) and are flattened into config.example.json by regenerate_config_example. Non-OpenRouter providers have no automated capability source, so these seeds are maintained by hand; the scraper's reconcile/apply paths are add-only for capabilities and won't clobber them. https://claude.ai/code/session_019YMQmPWsAUtALVqqY9FHPo
Lightweight curl-based smoke test covering health/version, /v1/models and virtual-model advertising, chat, streaming, capability-aware tool calling (tool_choice required), vision image input, and error handling.
